If you hot wash/dry anything that is 100% cotton it can still shrink up to half a size. We recommend washing and drying on a low setting. Products with a polyester blend are much less prone to shrinking.

Please contact us via email as soon as possible with your order number and information on the incorrect item. Depending on the situation we will ship out the correct item right away and provide you with a return shipping label to return the incorrect item free of charge.

Once your order ships out, you will receive an email with your tracking information.  You can also track your order by logging into your account and viewing your order history. If your package has shipped out the tracking information will be available there.
